Citizen Kane is back!

Orson Welles' masterpiece hits the big screen once again as part of the BFI Southbank "Of Dreams and Cities: Arquitecture in Film" programme.

The film opens this Friday 30th of October at the Southbank BFI venue and weekly session will run until mid November.

Synopsis

Extravagant media tycoon Charles Foster Kane contemplates a crystal ball minutes before he dies as he pronounces his very last word: rosebud.

Intrigued by the mystery behind his death, reporters track down the people who lived and worked with Kane including his friends,employees and even mistresses.

What follows is the fascinating tale of a man who fell off the top of the world. Remember, it's all about rosebud!
